This was a replacement for one I purchased in Nov/Dec 2029. I’m hoping this one last longer than the last one or I’ll have to go with a different style. It didn’t make a full cup of coffee after about a month or two. It never made a bigger than 8 oz cup and sometimes less than 6 oz. Very disappointed but I’ll wait to see how the replacement works out. I’ve purchased about 6 Keurig and all of them failed after a year or two.
I bought the k supreme a few months ago and then the descale button came on. After rescaling the button stayed on and finally the coffeemaker stopped brewing then completely turned off. I called Keurig and spoke to a very nice person who took my info sent instructions by email and after verifying my purchase , they sent me a new replacement. So far, so good. Excellent customer service. Great coffee, great company!
When we needed to replace our coffee maker, I hesitated about getting the K-Supreme model versus the less expensive classic model. I am so glad it I the K-Supreme because the multi-stream feature really does make the coffee taste richer.
