Everyone involved in helping me get a replacement was very good. Only issue was the process involving sending pix via email. Plus not finding a solution to coffee splashing while it is pouring into the cup.
When the the descaling light came on I did as instructed and descaled. When the light didn't go off I repeated the descaling process. It still didn't go off, I called Keurig,DIDN'T have to wait on hold all day. Someone answer very quickly and I was able to understand and have a conversation with him. After explaining what happened and what I had already did, the representative had me try a few things, which again did NOT take all day and then he decided that there was something defective. The machine still made good coffee it was just that the descaling light continued to blink. I was sent a new machine in a few days. Great Warranty.

has anyone else had problems with there's i had my first one and it quit working when i put in the k-cup it acts like its going to brew and only gives about a a quarter cup and shuts off i then put in second k-cup and it works ? i took it back and got a second one after 3 weeks its doing the same thing ?? should i try a 3rd our is this a problem they have ? i really do like it the coffee is perfect and its quick ....

I bought this Keurig back in December..for what ever reason it just quit brewing. I called Keurig and they immediately replaced it. No problem. I will continue to buy Keurig products. I was amazed at the excellent customer..
I had a problem with a ksupreme coffee maker they sent me another one, no questions asked. Recieved it fast and they sent UPS to pick up the old one. Love the new coffee maker. Makes awesome coffee.
