I enjoy minting coffee again. I had a problem with my machine which Keurig replaced immediately. I love this machine. I enjoy strong coffee brewed just right every time
The machine should come with container to use ground coffee instead of always buying pods (which are expensive). I eventually did find said container which in it self was not cheap & confusing at first.
I had my Keurig for 3 months and it stopped working. I called 2 times. The 1st time was a miscommunication but the 2nd time they sent a new one out within 48 hours! Thanks Keurig!

K-Supreme is Fine...I see Keurig dropped the price

Our old Keurig 2.0 finally broke the water outlet pin. I was able to find parts to rehab it... but not easily... meantime, we needed a brewer.. we bought a K-Supreme... waay less counter space. Quiet as anything. No timer to heat up automatically, but the brewer works quickly... and we love it... we've been long time Keurig Auto-ship Green Mountain customers. NOW I see the brewer for 1/2 price with a coffee subscription. Which we already have. The only downside is we bought the brewer at an actual store... not like we could wait for shipping.. as I waited to find parts and get THEM shipped for the old 2.0... so we miss the 1/2 price deal... but we have TWO coffee makers now... though we're stuck with thinking what we're actually gonna do with the 2.0 since it's a hassle to empty and store, not like we can use it intermittently... we live and learn... and drink coffee...
I purchased the first one 3 months ago for our casita. When guests were arriving last month I set it up and it didn't work. Keurig replaced it immediately.
