My daughters gave me a K-Supreme for my birthday. Three and a half months later it gave up the ghost. Contacted Kuerig support and they walked me thru several test that failed so they advised me that they would send a replacement. Two weeks later I received my new coffee maker. Pleased that they stand behind their product.
I like the coffee maker and the wife really likes it. The one the warranty covered was a gift so thank you for replacing it. It quit working less than 2 month. I'm glad they'll never know it quit working.
