The Brewer with the multi-stream works great! Everything is better. The problem is that it breaks down once the descale light comes on. 2 machines in a row and it broke down the same way. We use filtered water from the fridge too. Each time the descale light came on in less than 2.5 months.
Customer service was phenomenal. They helped each time. I just want a keurig that will last. We are huge coffee drinkers and the machine failures have been a huge inconvenience.

after descaling the Keurig the temperature never got really hot, than after about 3 days it lost all power. called Keurig and they sent me a replacement right away. good business practice

The one I bought had a short in the system. It was replaced by the company. The pink pods I bought to use are not compatible. The store then sold me the pod w/the filters. The coffee is luke warm & tastes like dishwater.
