Small footprint Keurig brews a great cup of coffee, convenient and quick. Ice coffee feature is a great option to add, very pleased with this product.

Only lasted a month

I like the way this coffee maker looks and the water pitcher. That’s about it. On its last brew it starting literally spraying out steam and making all sorts of terrible noises, followed by a burning smell. The power light went out and it won’t power back on anymore. Thankfully I didn’t get rid of my old 2.0 yet, because I had a feeling from reading other reviews that this model would end up being a dud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quit working with first cleaning

I bought this during lung cancer treatments and it died after the first cleaning. I haven’t felt like posting until now being so sick from my treatments so I have had to pull out my old one that isn’t great. I have loved Keurig for years but very disappointed.

Quiet brewer

Pro: It’s much quieter than the Keurig we replaced. Con: Coffee splatters with a standard size cup, I guess because the brewer to cup space is higher for travel mugs.
This is the best Keurig coffee maker I have used to date. I would highly recommend this unit.

Repeat failures. 3rd replacement

I had my original kuerig for 8 years. Used in my workshop now. Still going strong. I've had 4 of the k supreme plus models now in <1year. Same failure everytime where it's shuts off a day or two after descaling while brewing a cup and never power's back on. Always a long wait on the customer service line and even though I tell them I followed the online troubleshooting steps of trying it in a different outlet, and testing other appliances to ensure the power is on as well as telling them I tested the outlet and used to be an electrician the response is the same like they are reading off a cue card. "Sir I need you to once again try a different outlet, try a different appliance........" The k supreme plus makes a good cup of coffee but it's a lemon. It chronicles overheats itself and shuts itself off even if you descale it every month and use only kuerog branded cups. All over internet these products are having the same issue where they just shut off and won't power back on. The product isn't worth the time you have to put into it every time it fails. This current one I have was a warranty replacement from late July directly from kuerig. Less than 6 months after a warranty replacement it's dead in the water. I now get to call keurig once again to have them tell me to try a different outlet, are you only using keurig branded cups............ Buy something else avoid this one.
