Received our Keurig as a Christmas Gift and didn’t realize how much I loved it until it shorted out. Called customer service and they took care of it quickly. Received a new one and am glad to be enjoying a hot cup of coffee whenever I want!
I bought a Keurig in November and after 4 months it stopped working. I called for a replacement which I received within 2 weeks. My contact was very nice, followed thru with email & I was 100% satisfied.
