We bought this and after a few weeks, it was not working properly. We called and a new machine arrived in just a few days..Excellent customer service and the new machine is perfect for us.
I've had Keurigs for years -- only replacing them when I wanted to update the color, etc. -- all after about 5 years with no problems! This time my new machine failed after about 4 months so I called Keurig. They honored the warranty and shipped me out a new replacement. Great customer service!!
I was shipped a new machine because I was having trouble with the Keurig cup that we purchased to brew our own coffee. Even with the new machine and new cup it still leeks all over the place.
I got this as a replacement for my 5 year old Keurig 2.0 The quality of construction is not as I expected from Keurig. The five holes for saturation is a bit to many as I have coffee grounds in every cup, however it does make a good cup of coffee. The price was a bit high as it was the same price I paid for my 2.0. I suppose I expected a higher standard from Keurig.
