I got my keurig around Christmas and shortly after the descale light came on and wouldn't go off even after I used the keurig cleaner. So I called and they replaced it. What a difference! My husband wanted a stronger coffee because he thought it was too weak, now he says its too strong lol. Thank you customer service!!

shut off after descale

I bought this January 2021 as a gift, now, it won't even turn on after completing a descale. It smoked and then shut off. I went back to my trusty Mr. Coffee 4 pot maker. This is my third Keurig, thinking this new model would make me happy. But, no it has only made me frustrated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
