After 59 days of use coffee maker stopped working. I called where purchased who transferred me to Keurig Customer Service. After asking few questions to insure that unit was not working information was taken regarding mailing address. Within a week new unit was shipped and very happy with excellent service.
I love this keurig but who puts a black cord on a white counter top appliance! I would give it 5 stars if it had a white cord. It looks awful with my white subway tile.
My husband and I wanted a smaller Keurig for our vacation home and we had an empty narrow kitchen cabinet left . By placing the water reservoir in the back of the Keurig it fits perfectly into the 7 inch wide cabinet. We also found out there was a high elevation setting and that works perfectly too.
