I replaced my old kuerig with a new one, it was not getting the water hot enough. I called your customer service and they sent me a replacement, with no hassle. I am now very pleased with my new coffee maker, works great and now my coffee is hot. Thank you.
We love our Keurig Coffee maker and we really sad when it just stopped working after only 6 month. So I contacted customer support and without any problems we received a new coffee maker within 4 days. We don't know what "killed" our original coffee maker but we are glad to have a new one brewing for us.
