This Keurig is perfect! I installed the reservoir in the rear so it is slim. It barely takes up any counter space now. So quiet and I love the “strong” button option.
I got a replacement for a k-supreme and not happy! The top does not close all the way and I get so many coffee grounds in cup. I have cleaned it and ran water through it a number of times. The box had a sticker that said New! This is making me thing it was refurbished!! Once it didn’t turn on !! Thought it was the outlet but went to a different outlet and still didn’t work! Please advise me! Thanks

My BIGGEST complaint about this coffee maker is that you can't cancel a pour once it's started. Say you misjudge the size of your mug and need to stop the stream - on the original model you could just press the power button and it would stop, not with this one. Yes, you can just open the pod compartment, but I just don't understand why the power button method doesn't work. Also, why does the machine turn on whenever you open the pod compartment?

I have never had such an easy warranty replacement issue. A couple questions and a couple pictures and it was a done deal. A week later my new pot showed up. Thanks Keurig......
