Although this is my second replacement I am very happy with your service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I'm still waiting for the return lable which is supposed to come from U P S.
I received great news from customer service advising my current K Supreme was under warranty. The unit malfunctioned and I received a new unit within weeks. I love the taste of the coffee from the K Supreme. Buy one and you will not be disappointed in the rich flavor of your coffee pods.
This is a replacement for a one month old Keurig. So far so good. We had actually replaced the original one that was only a month ol before this one also. Hopefully this is the one that will be A OK!
My first maker was defective and I was sent a replacement within 10 days. Love that we don't need to preheat! We can put in the pod, walk away and come back to a fresh cup of coffee!
