Terrible coffee maker

Calling this machine a Supreme. I have had this Keurig coffee maker for 2 months and the machine won’t turn on. It seems this is a known issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this is my third Keurig coffee maker. Each time I have upgraded to a better and usually more expensive model. The main reason being a larger water tank and more brewing features. Imagine my surprise, when once again in the market for a new machine, I stumbled upon the K-Supreme model. At first, I thought it was a small studio apartment type machine but upon further review, I discovered it had the best features of any Keurig to date. A large water tank that can be placed either on the right, on the left, or right behind the unit making it so much easier to find the optimal location. When the water tank is placed in the rear, it takes up less than half the space of my previous models (which were the standard style we known to love all these years).
But wait, there's more. It has a new brewing system that uses 3 streams rather than the previous one stream. But I haven't gotten to the really good part - it is totally SILENT. No more pumping sounds as it moves the water from the tank to the brew chamber - this this is totally silent. At first I thought it was broken. No - total silence from start to finish with just a tiny little sound at the very very end.
I did have to call Keurig once as this unit also sports a new dedicated descaling function.No more just cycling the water mixture through the machine, this one is activated with a special key combination and descales in a supposedly better way. It also has a descaling light to let you know when it is time.
Bottom line. You can't do better for a home coffee brewer that supports Keurig pods, this is the one. Did I mention it is also inexpensive compared to the higher end machines but has way better features?

Love the size, coffee hot and flavorful. Handle on water tank make life so much easier for old arthritic hands.

Died at 3 months

After having it for 3 months and having my daily 10 oz coffee every morning it needed to be descaled at that point it needs to run for 30 min with the solution it died the power went out. My older model 8 years and still running at the in laws this one is junk

Would not recommend

I received this as a gift for christmas from my mother (she gave it to me after the new year). I'm currently on our third one. It shuts off randomly. We have had customer support try to help us fix it over the phone, but it didn't work. It's a great product...when it wants to work. It's been 3 months and I'm already one my third one! I'm going to wait for this one to die out and try a different model. 4

FINALLY!!!

I had the Keurig 2.0 touchscreen forever. It was my absolute favorite machine and I was disappointed to find that it was discontinued and there was nothing else close to it. For the past month I have went through THREE different machines. THREE. One stabbed me every time I put pod in, one only went to 10oz, and the last one left coffee grounds in cup or didn’t brew at all. I seen this brewer and liked the options, told my husband that this is the last keurig brewer we’d try and if this didn’t go well we’d go back to our trusty Bunn and brew whole pots again. Brewer came and was pleasantly surprised that it was a bit bigger than it looked in the picture. We love the water reservoir handle and how you can move it to different sides. We LOVE the top when you open it, it’s on a spring open and STAYS OPEN. We love the multiple holes that it makes for better streaming, less chance of a clog up. The cup sizes are perfect, got our 12oz back. Ice coffee option is great too with summer coming. It came with a filter (they all should) and that was great too. It shuts off itself after being idle awhile. We still love our 2.0 but this brewer is well worth the money and it’s a keeper so far. You have the option of upgrading to next level brewer if you want more options (bigger tank, more cup sizes, and more options on top) but this brewer has everything we need. So I can confidently say that we FINALLY found a replacement brewer and Bunn will have to wait a bit longer for its come back.
This is my 3rd Origin and I wouldn't use any other coffee maker. I love the new carousel!!

I researched a lot of singe-cup coffee brewers and bought this one and am please with it; I hardly every make a full pot anymore, it's so fast, quiet and convenient. I like the auto delivery of the pods and choices. I only wish it was easier to disassemble the pods to recycle.
