the 1st warranty replacement was defective as my original purchase. The descale light came on and continued to flash from the first cup of coffee brewed.
My first purchase didn’t last too long. But with your great service you replaced it. I really like this machine. Makes great coffee. Very quiet. The five holes do make a difference.
My first K-Supreme Single Serve I had ordered was defective and I called Keurig right away they were very helpful and sent me a replacement right away without any problem at all. So far the new has been working fine, it was nice to have the problem solved without a lot of hassle.
I purchased this about a month ago as an upgrade for my last keurig, which I had for 7 years. That one was an add water as you want coffee model, and I had constant issues with it, including brewing cold and simply not brewing (this happened at least once a week since I purchased it). So far, I am happy with the quality of the machine, options for brewing, and taste of my coffee. Well worth the purchase!
