The brewer has been so easy and fast for me to prepare coffee for my elderly Mother and myself. She wants coffee right away when she gets up in the morning and I never know when that will be. She has her fresh hot coffee in about a minute.
After a couple of months using the Keurig coffee maker, the DESCALE light flashed and I descaled the coffeemaker as instructed on the descale bottle. After I completed the process, the descale light kept flashing. It didn't go away the next day. So, I unplugged the unit and waited 30 minutes before plugging it back in. No use. I waited another couple of days to see if the flashing would vanish. No luck. I called Keurig support and they had me try somethings to no avail. Without hesitation, the support person said they were sending me a new unit. I not have it and once again, enjoying my cup of brew. We'll see what happens when it's time to descale. Wish me luck.
I love my new Keurig multi stream coffee maker. Our first one broke, however Keurig stands behind their products and replaced it. Thank you keurig! I feel they are a great product since my first one still works after 9 years but it is a single serve so we upgraded!
I bought this a few months ago and I'm so happy that I did because it's the best machine I've ever had... It's the easiest to use and that's what I've needed.
I had to have a replacement already because it would not turn on. And just stopped working after a month. I am happy with the new replacement except that the coffee spits out everywhere when brewing and you have to use a talk and wide mug.
