Serves up my coffee a lot quicker than my 6 yr old 2.0 which had some programming issues from the get go. I've learned to lower the lid slowly or the 5 spikes would cause the edge of the kcup cap to separate from the cup and grounds would seep out.

I bought my K Supreme Keurig several months ago & for whatever reason it stopped working. I called the Warranty Dept. and they immediately replaced the unit with a new unit from the factory. I received it yesterday and I am more than pleased with the customer service and the cooperation I received.
