I was immediately impressed with my first cup of coffee. You don’t have wait for the coffee maker warm up. The choices are in front of you for immediate use, and I LOVE the design and color.
The first 4-5 seconds of drip was pure water. Keurig was good and sent a second one. Same defect. Keurig was good and sent another replacement but a different model. It was nice to see coffee right away. The one star is for good customer service. The K-Supreme stinks.
We received our slim Keurig for Christmas and couldn't get the descale light to go off. I called customer service and they were so helpful. We had a replacement within a week. Could not ask for better.!!!
Originally purchased in October, it stopped working. Contacted customer service who made it right immediately and sent a replacement quickly. I really missed my iced coffee and was glad to be up and running again! Thank you!
This is the 2nd K-Supreme that I bought, however the 1st K-Supreme had a defeat...had to return, which was replaced . But, I noticed when the coffee drips into the cup...It splashes on the back of the Keurig and on the upper part of the coffee cup.
