This was a replacement for my original which stopped working after approx 4-5 months. The descaling light came on, we went thru the process according to directions to descale, stopped working after that process was complete. Hopefully this one works better!

Not worth your money

My boyfriend got me this for Christmas and I hate it. He got it for me for the size (which is great!), we don’t have counter space in our apartment and it is not worth saving on the space. Half the pods I use will either come out weak and watery, or full of coffee grounds. I have tried many different brands of pods and found that only one brand works (but comes out burnt tasting). ONE BRAND. I also tried using my own reusable pod and the coffee is the worst watery cup of coffee ever. The strong button doesn’t do anything. It was such a disappointment considering I love keurig machines and coffee normally. I don’t know what happened with this one but don’t bother spending your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the coffee it makes I did not know it shuts off after every cup which gives a warm cup of coffee not HOT I don’t know why it’s made this way the coffee taste fantastic but just never gets hot
