I was very excited to try the new multi stream. At first coffee came out great after about 6 months coffee started coming out very watery and at times it would spew water only. I descaled and purchased the cleaner as well. The only way that our coffee comes brews properly will be when we hold the compartment down tightly. This defeats the purpose. This is our second Keurig and debating on purchasing a third.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the Keurig® K-Supreme® Single Serve Coffee Maker 3 months ago. Last unit just shut off and would not do anything, like a fuse or breaker trip. Took back to store and they gave me another one. Lets see how long this one lasts. I am seeing a lot of reviews with same issue. Over all it does heat instantly and the strong does well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My Keurig supreme Plus was defective. I called and they told me I could have a replacement. It was mailed to me in a timely fashion, and I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs a coffee maker. You are the best!
