I was excited to try the new MultiStream technology. I wasn't sure how this could make a difference in the same sized K-Cup. IT DOES! WOW, what a difference this makes in a cup of coffee. Full rich flavor from just regular. Doesn't lose any of the coffee body. BUY IT! You will not be disappointed.

So far, I am loving this machine. I like strong dark coffee, but now have to drink decaf, and unfortunately, decaf pods usually are a medium blend. So, the strength button is perfect for me to optimize the taste. Easy to use, although initially, I had to call Keurig because I was not getting the pods in correctly. I learned that for this machine, you need to use a little more pressure to get the pod seated correctly.

I returned a defective K Supreme that I had for 6 weeks, the replacement was a older style probably less expensive coffee pot, it appears to be a refurbished model. My K Supreme was your newest style, I see this exchange as a very poor replacement. Disappointed, definitely the last Keuring I will ever purchase.
