Very Disappointed - Doesn't Make Hot Coffee!

While I love the new design, this unit is a big fail. The coffee isn't hot! I measured the temperature on the new unit and on my old Keurig. Old = 180 degrees; New = 160 degrees. I should not have to put my coffee in the microwave to heat it up right after I take it off the brewer. 160 degree coffee is not hot - it's barely warm. Very disappointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost DOA

Out of the box saw the power lights on during the initial cleanout Dfor approximately 20 seconds and now dead. Will not turn back on. JUNK

Spatters coffee everywhere when brewing

Lousy brewer. Every time you brew a cup it spatters all over the counter and the machine.

The best Keurig yet

We have now used for over two weeks and we have found the same coffee pods we have used are less bitter. The coffee machine makes the best coffee of the three previous Keurig coffee machines we have used. Moreover, I like the simplicity of the its use.

Finally! Keurig finally made sure the water pressure on the K cups didn’t build up not completing the brew, by adding 4 more needles to puncture the k cup! It cost us two brewers!

This machine is so very loud and takes forever to fill. It makes more holes in the top but the old machine was so so much better

Not as good

Purchased this a week ago....my order keurig seemed to not be hesting as well. Have used compostable SanFranciso Bay pods for years with a rich delicious cup every time.
This model brews a weak cup using these pods even at the strong setting. Have tried multiple times. Stream is weak and I dont see 3 streams as claimed. Will be returning. This is my second one of this model....first one didnt work right out of the box!

mistake of my life

I bought this machine a month ago after the 4th time using it the descale light went on, so I purchased the ''special keurig'' descale solution followed all the prompts and it did not help at all!!! The descale light is still on! I regret this purchase as the machine is not working!
