I bought this a month ago, and really like it. However, it spits coffee out the sides instead of totally in the cup. End result: A mess! Also, the coffee doesn't come out very hot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

my last Keurig lasted 10yrs and was great. this one had scale issues in about 1 month, i had to order descaler which i used but couldn't get the scale light to shut off. while the multi-stream makes sense i think this is why scale build up is an issue. additionally the size of pours is not uniform - sometimes 10 oz = 10 oz, other times only a fraction. it takes 3 attempts to get a reasonable size cup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought the K-Supreme Single serve approximately 3 weeks ago. The first one that arrived was damaged. We called as soon as we opened the box. Did not see any damage to the outside shipping box or the inside box, however did see that the seal on the top had been compromised. Someone or something had damaged the coffee maker itself. We found several pieces of black plastic. We did receive the replacement maker within a week and have used it several times. It is working good and we cannnot wait to take it in our travel trailer, reason we bought it, and use it on the road.
This is my first ever keurig!! I have had other brands but they never tasted quite like the coffee from this machine! I dont know if its the multistream technology or just the better brand but I have never had coffee at home taste so good!!!
My my K Supreme one cup coffee maker stopped working out of no where. We only had the coffee maker a little over a month. We called the 800# emailed a photo of the serial number and a week later we got our new coffee maker. Thank you for your prompt response
