Had an issue with the current server. Contacted Keurig and they immediately assigned me an order for replacement. Representative was very knowledgeable of product and helpful.
I have owned a Keurig for many years & can’t go a day without one! Best coffee maker & great customer service!! If you don’t have one go get one ASAP :+}
First one didn't work at all and the second one leaks water everywhere. The only good thing is the first one was replaced for free but it took over two weeks to get another one. I haven't called about the leaking one yet so I'm sure they'll probably try to send me another one so it's probably another two to three weeks before I can enjoy it. And hopefully the other one they send you will work
