It makes great coffee. However, have had to send it back twice. Just stops working completely. Does not get heavy use only me. Would not recommend to my friends because this machine may stop working just like the other two. Good thing I still have my older model as a back up
My new K-Supreme was working great until the descale light would not go off. I called customer service and a nice man, Jose, walked me through problem solving techniques. The light still did not go out and he said I would receive a new brewer shortly. I was surprised and glad. I received it in 5 days and am very happy. I've had a Keurig for about 10 years and love the product.
Bought a new brewer for Christmas and within a month it stopped working. Called up Keurig and they took care of me with no problems. Granted it was a little slow on the turn around but they still were awesome throughout the whole ordeal. Its a great machine but will still rate the quality average... can always upgrade it if it lasts longer than a month this time.
