we had to find a u-tube video to us it , after viewing the video we love the machine

We just upgraded to this and it is terrible! I have always used a Keurig, but I will not continue too. We have had it less than 2 months and it does not read that there is water, we have tried everything, it is a fight to make a cup of coffee! Complete waste of money!

Had to have mine replaced due to a manufacture problem. Keurig replaced it and new one works great!

This coffee maker takes forever to brew a cup of coffee. After a couple of weeks it decided to give up all together ... unit was returned.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought K Supreme and it stopped working. We were sent another one within a week and it works great. Only issue is the coffee is not always as hot as I think is should be.
