I absolutely love my coffee maker it’s sleek and easy to maintain. The water reservoir is so much easier to fill then the older keurig models. I noticed the four extra prongs but I am still unsure how water gets through, since they do not have holes for the water to come out. Overall, it makes a great cup of coffee!

I had an issue with the descaling light on my new Keurig machine. I could not get the light to go out no matter how many times I went through the descaling process detailed on the website. When I called customer service, I was very impressed with the support and the fact that my warranty was still good. The representative agreed to replace the machine at no charge. Thank You Keurig! I love my machine and would hate to be without one.

THIS IS MY 3RD ONE IN A FEW WEEKS, WE ONLY GOT TO USE IT SO FAR 2 DAYS WITHOUT AN ISSUE. THE FIRST TWO COFFEE MAKERS STOPPED WORKING WITHIN A DAY EACH. THEY STOPPED GETTING POWER! THIS ONE HAS WORKED FINE FOR TWO DAYS AND AS LONG AS IT GETS POWER IT FUNCTIONS PERFECTLY AND IS A GREAT COFFEE MAKER.

I love that this Keurig saves a ton of space on my counters unlike the older models. However, the first one I purchased stopped working after one cup. It took several phone calls and emails to Keurig to get a replacement. The replacement can't seem to make a 12oz cup. The others work fine but the 12oz barely gives you 5oz. Occasionally, coffee sputters out the sides and leaks. Also, I just descaled it 2 days ago and the descale light came on again! This coffee maker sucks! Would not recommend.
