I brought a new Keurig K-Supreme in hopes of a taster morning cup of coffee . It was to replace a good working Keurig K-Elite. Did the set up and pre-cleaning of the water system. As instructed . it spills Coffee grinds all over the inside of the Cup area and deposit some into my coffee cup. I put my 3 year old K-Elite back into use .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love my K-Supreme Coffee Maker but I recently had an issue with the cleaning function. I was delighted with the customer service support. Keurig sent me a brand new machine since my issue was unresolveable. This company honors its commitments and I would recommend them to anyone aside from just brewing great coffee.
I purchased this a few weeks ago and really like how fast it brews, I do have one slight problem with it, I am some getting coffee grounds in the bottom of each cup I brew. Is there a way to remedy this?
