I love my keurigs, but this multi-stream makes a big differemnce. I had purchased one, had a problem, but was painlesslty replaced. I representative was very pleasant, and efficient 11

Not the greatest.

Liked the slimmer style and less "programming" but would prefer hotter coffee, also have problems getting it to turn on sometimes. Doesn't work with recyclable pods at all, you just get hot water, which is a real bummer. Worked as it should for 1st week or so but now water sprays and drips around coffee stream, so it's not as strong as you'd like it to be. Descale light won't go off even after following instructions to the letter.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought my first one in Nov. and called Keurig saying it leaves grounds on the bottom of each cup. They sent me another one two weeks ago and it's doing the same thing. I haven't filled out the warranty for this one yet.

The first one I bought i had to do the cleaning for it, the flash didn’t stop flashing after I cleaned it called the company and they sent me a new one love it quick and convenient
My first was defective. I called customer service and they sent a replacement right away at no cost to me. Makes perfect cup of coffee every time. Very happy with Keurig.
