Extremely happy with the quick response and delivery of our warranty replacement for the K-Supreme single serve coffee maker. The new one works great. Coffee is much hotter. Didn't want the one back we were having an issue with I thought they would have wanted to see what the problem was.
Space saving, easy to use and fast. But mine leaks out of the bottom of the machine, not the container. And I do wish it was a little hotter. Adding milk or cream cools it to room temp.
I like the quickness of this coffee maker, literally a hot cup in less than a minute. What I don't like is that it splashes all over the counter around the machine. The easy fill water tank is convenient as well. All in all a good product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got this as a Christmas gift and had problems with it.. contacted Keurig and they immediately and have no problems now...so much nicer having a fresh hot cup of coffee rather than a warmed up one.
I love my new Keurig. It brews so quickly and I like the choice of brew amount and strength.
