I couldn’t get the descale light to go off on my 5 week old Keurig coffee maker. I called for assistance and they replaced my coffee maker immediately! Doesn’t get better than that! Thank you Keurig
My first K Supreme quit after 2 months. I called customer service and they had a replacement to me within the week. That is awesome service. I love the coffee maker. I like that it is not bulky. I like how it is designed. The only small thing is that I have to remove the drain to put my Yeti tumbler in. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
Bought this 4 months ago loved it but did the cleaning and would not go off descaling did this three days company was great in replacing it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible machine

I bought this in August. Worked fine until the beginning of December. Kept saying descale. I ran the Keurig cleaner through the machine following the instructions. Last night, went to make a cup of chai tea and it just made a loud sound, blew a puff of smoke and smelled extremely strong of burnt plastic. Now it won’t turn on. Ughh!!!! So disappointed in how much this cost me and now, less than 6 months later, it’s just garbage. Absolutely don’t recommend. Wish I’d paid better attention to these reviews.
This is the Best coffee maker I have ever had, I’ve bought Kurig pots for more than 20 years, Don’t want any other.. This New one is the Best, Thanks for the Promptness of Your People to replace My Pot, Gotta have It!!

DESCALE never shuts off

Was very happy with this model. It was quiet. Water container was larger requiring less refilling. There was more splatter, but overall I was satisfied. At 3 months I descaled. Two weeks later a DESCALE message came on. I used the Keurig solution again, but the DESCALE message never went off. Called Keurig. They replaced the unit. With the second unit I waited beyond the recommended 3 months until DESCALE came on to use their solution. DESCALE never went off. Called Keurig. I was told to push a few different button combinations at the same time and unplug and replug it. DESCALE stayed on. They replaced the unit. I use filtered water and the Keurig filter and have not had a problem like this with other models I have used over almost 20 years. I am not optimistic about the second replacement's future. I appreciate your good service, but please improve your quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
