Failure

I got this for free to try from Influenster. I followed all the directions for setting up and went to do the test brew to clean it out. To be ready for my morning cup of coffee. I smelled burnt plastic and it shut off. It doesn’t work or turn on at all now. To say I was sad was an understatement. I am disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have purchased many different Keurig coffee makers for many years. This one caught my eye when we needed another one because our kitchen counter space is limited. The only “draw back” on this unit is that my DH and I disagree on where the water reservoir should be placed. I left him alone to take it out of the box when it arrived and when I returned, he had it set up on the counter in the opposite position I wanted it to be. So now we’re in a “30 day trial” on the location of the reservoir after I made him change the position. (LOL). Very easy and simple to use. Gives us a choice of 4, 6, 8, or 12 oz.... or a combination if we choose. And also STRONG or OVER ICE (which I like for iced tea or iced coffee).

Purchased at a club store. The recessed area of pod holder filled & overflowed with coffee grounds. Registration online would not accept the serial number. Emailed company for warranty replacement. We shall see.

Very happy with the Keurig K-Supreme Serve Coffee Maker. Perfect size for my small place and has all the size/brewing options needed. Definitely recommend it.
I love this new coffee maker. It’s so quiet and fast. I have had a Keurig for many years and this one is by far the best. Also priced very reasonably. Would most definitely recommend.
