We were an early Keurig adopter. This is our 4th. Several minor improvements make this the best one yet. The 66 oz water tank with a handle... option on whether you want it on the back or side. It heats up quickly so it turns off rather quickly which doesn't seem to be an issue. Overall looks more modern. Great incremental improvements.

Husband & I purchased this coffee-maker as a gift to ourselves for the holidays. I’ll tell you right from the start, we loved the coffee & features. Being able to choose the brew amounts in ounces is great, & we love the over ice option as well as the strong option. Our coffeemaker had an issue with the “strong” feature not working correctly, but Keurig’s Customer Service Rep. spent much time with us trying to resolve the issue. We were unable to get it working, & they promptly replaced the maker. We are so happy with the maker & all its features, & hats off to Keurig’s customer service! You have made us life-long Keurig customers! Great tasting coffee cup after cup!

Needs to go back to the drawing board. First one only made Luke warm coffee after 2 weeks, second one they sent me same thing. Not adequate engineering in this design, and there is NOT a temperature adjustment like it displays that there is. :(
