This Keurig takes up much less space on my counter, especially with the water housed at the rear of the pot, not the side. The ability to relocate the water reservoir is excellent. The best improvement from my old Keurig is that it only takes seconds for the coffee to begin to brew, virtually no waiting for the water to heat. I also think the updated drip system makes for a richer cup of coffee.

Poor performance

We bought it 2 months ago. It needs frequent descaling, where our other did not. It also doesn't work well with my eco-pods. I have to poke holes in the coffee pod with a screwdriver, or else it makes a cup of coffee flavored water. Even with regular K-pods, th coffee doesn't taste as good as it did with the older model. Not happy at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Husband bought me this Keurig for Xmas to replace my old one that I had for years. After 2 wks. It started acting up, I called and they sent me a new one, without any problem.
We purchased a stainless steel K-Supreme 3 months ago. It was defective and Keurig sent this unit as a replacement. I don't want it, it looks cheap compared to the unit we had. I wrote a letter to Robert Gamgort, Keurig CEO and I am waiting for a response.
