We bought it as a backup to our Delonghi espresso maker when it failed after 3 years. It was great, so easy to use. Unfortunately, it died after 30 days. Customer support was terrific! We called them and they immediately sent a replacement which arrived within 7 days. Great service.

I bought this back in December & normally don’t fill out warranties because their worthless until now or at least with your company their not. From now on I will because you never know when you’ll need to use the warranty. I’m a believer now.
