Love the 5 hole technology! Am certain it helps improve flavor and strength. The first model had some technical problems: Time to Descale light remained on constantly, water temp was completely unreliable. I called Kuerig, and at no charge, they sent me a new machine, all problems resolved.

I bought this almost a month ago, and I’m not sure if I like it yet. The coffee is very weak, I thought you this new multi something the coffee is going to be strong but I’m wrong the coffee is not even strong when you press strong.

I upgraded to this model when a needle broke off of my old Keurig . This model is much more compact so it saves counter space. Also, it is VERY quiet compared to the old model. Coffee tastes great and I am overall extremely pleased.
