Love this new design. Almost silent running, water enters coffee maker and heats instantly while its brewing the cup. Was not aware it worked this way, 100 percent less noise than my previous coffee maker. Have to place cup underneath before starting cycle, there is no delay as it brews instantly. So far every cup has been almost perfect. no idea how it would be made any better or if its even possible. the only improvement would be the addition of an inlet port to run a water line directly to it, although I doubt most people would want a water line on their counter top.

Lasted 3 months ,can't use bottled water because of sensor that forces u to use tap water so u have to use their descaler solution used bottled water with last keurig and it still works gave it to daughter in law, should fire whoever designed this keurg
