We love our new Keurig! It has a sleek clean lines. It fits nicely and stylishly onto our counter. This new model has a water reservoir that is twice as large as our previous model. I love the “strong“ feature. We can brew several different size cups in two different strengths. Trying different coffees and different strengths are excellent ways to spends a cozy morning!

This is a replacement for one that did not work out of the box. It was a Christmas gift. The replacement stopped working after 4 days , smelled a burning metal smell, k cup exploded , I cleaned and placed another one and it started to brew then stopped and never came back on again. As literally used 3 times.

First one only lasted five months!!!! And died!!

When first one quit working I contacted Keurig and they replaced it at no charge. Since it was going to take a week-ten days to get the replacement we bought a second one. Have received the replacement which we’ve put in storage for when second one has to be replaced. I really like the new design/ five point brew operation. Water reservoir is much handier. Hope second one lasts at least a good long while!!!
