I bought this a couple of months ago, a replacement for my prior Keurig.
After the descaling light came on, I performed the process. However, the light wouldn't go off. After a 2nd attempt to descale didn't work, I contacted the service center. The rep was very responsive and took time to figure out the problem and they identified it as a defect. I was given a new Keurig. It arrived quickly. These machines are great and the service is great too. I highly recommend anyone looking for a coffee pod machine to get the Keurig. They have several types to fit to any needs.

I bought my maker about 2 months ago and really love it. I even recommend it to a friend, who got 1. I love how you get a stronger aroma from the coffee when it is brewing and a lot more favor too.

I had the original Keurig with no options or water tank. The Keurig Surpreme is amazing! It has so many features like different cup sizes, strengths, and even over ice! I use it many times a day now. The water tank with filter is awesome too. It only needs filled every couple days.
