This is the first Keurig thAt I’ve owned that didn’t have auto on. I was concerned that it would take a bit for the water to heat up when powered on, but it’s instant. Turn on, put the pod in, select settings and it starts brewing right away

I bought a K-Supreme for my brother who can't use one arm because of stroke so he had a difficulty making coffee for himself. The K-Supreme allows him to use one hand to make coffee without spilling grounds or water. He had a problem with the original purchase in that the descaling feature failed. Keurig support walked us through several steps to reset the descaling feature. When unsuccessful they immediately replaced the unit under warranty. Many thanks to Keurig support team for their concern and help.
