I have used a few different keurig models, this model is superb! No wait time to heat the water. Convenient handle on the water reservoir, makes it easy to fill. Light weight and easy to move around! This unit will be going in my camper.

Purchased this machine about one month ago and am glad I did. Refilling the reservoir is easier as it has a handle, my classic Keurig didn’t. I like that it has 4 choices for the cup size and it’s quieter than my older one. I also find the coffee tastes better than before.

Original purchase descale light stayed on after one month. Keurig replaced quickly. New one just a couple of weeks old. So far so good. We especially like the immediate cup of coffee. No warm up time for tank. Sure hope this one stays reliable. Thank you Keurig for quick and cheerful replacement.
