This new model works well. It doesn't have to stay on all the time to be ready on the spot for an unplanned cup. However, my favorite k-cup coffee doesn't taste a good with the new brewing method. I could start looking around for a new brand that would taste good with the new machine, but it took too much trial and error to find the ones I like. So, I'm sticking with the old model. I hope they don't discontinue making it!

Just set this up about 2 weeks ago, & works great. It heats up fast. I think our coffee does taste better, maybe due to the multi stream technology. I like that the water reservoir has a handle for easy filling. This machine is very quiet. I do wish it was a little hotter? I have to warm my additives so my coffee isn’t cool.
