Looks good but is of very poor quality

I've had this Keurig K-Supreme for about 5 months, wow what a pain! This needs to be descaled constantly and you cannot use distilled water. Overall this product feels really cheap, after descaling with Keurig solution the light will not go off. Makes about 3 oz. of coffee and shuts off. My old Keurig worked much better, they just keep getting cheaper and cheaper. Back to the Moccamaster, made in the Netherlands.

This was not cheap, and only lasted 2 days. After 2 days no longer powered on..since you have to pay out of pocket to send back think before you buy

The Descale Process is FLAWED

I bought a Keurig K-Supreme to take along when traveling. The item worked fine except when it was time to descale. I followed the instructions but the descale light would not shut off. I contacted Keuring by phone and explained the issue. I did receive a new Keurig K-Supreme in a matter of weeks. TODAY the descale was on so I proceeded to follow the descaling instructions and lo and behold the descale light will not turn off!!! So I'm preparing to contact Keurig again!

Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear about this. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Supreme coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the descale process is complete, the DESCALE notification should turn off automatically. If you followed the correct process for the K-Supreme and are still experiencing this, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help.

Descale NEVER WORKS.

This is the second Keurig Supreme that we purchased. When the descale light comes on, it’s a death sentence. We have followed instructions to descale and the light never goes off. We are at our witt’s end. Do yourself a favor and get a regular coffee pot. So frustrated. We tried descale solution, vinegar and the reset button and nothing works.

Individual "cuppa" for each family member

We purchased a Keurig coffee maker two years ago and each family member (husband, wife, adult son) enjoyed the ability to make their own individual cup of coffee (regular or decaf) or tea in lieu of having to share a single type of morning brew. When that coffee maker stopped working and we reverted to the other coffee brewer, we quickly were reminded of this desired preference offered by Keurig and purchased a Keurig K-Supreme Single Serve early in January. Morning coffee or tea is back to our highlight each morning!

Better brewer

A little slower than I was used to but that means that the brew is better. It has multiple needles and brews slower for a better cup of coffee. It's quiet. It turns off after 5 minutes of no use.
