Had an older model of the Keurig that I had for years, and replaced it with a Keurig K-Supreme. It spewed hot water over the top of the K-cup pod and My Keurig pod cartridge from the get-go. After a few weeks, the Keurig completely stopped working. Keurig company shipped me a replacement under warranty. The new K-Supreme also has problems. Sometimes I get only 2 oz. of coffee instead of a full cup. This one does not spew hot water when using pods, but it does when using my Keurig "fill your own" cartridge. I have to remove the silicon plug in order for it to not spew. I am done with Keurig.
The flow is nothing like it's advertised. Keeping our old one just in case. Never had a problem with it and it is 8 years old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stunning new design! 5 brewing nozzles in stead of one which really adds to coffee flavor. I like the choice of locations on the base for the water reservoir pitcher for better placement on the kitchen counter and the ease of selecting your coffee cup amount. I also love the speed to brew a cup of coffee (No long wait until the water heats up to start the brewing!) Also like how the coffee cup stand pulls out for easy cleaning!
