Delivery response time was great and in received in excellent condition. This maker produces coffee faster than my previous unit, and very quiet. I also like the streamline design. However, I am very disappointed in the taste quality of the coffee brewed. I have tried several flavors of coffee, and it seems the taste is inferior to my previous Keurig unit. I have to add more sugar and cream to tolerate the taste. This my 4th Keurig maker.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've owned Keurig coffee machines for a very long time. Different models. This Keurig is wo derful,no waiting for water to heat up,turn it on,make a Cup! Fast,simple,Easy! Also like the fact you can have water storage on side or switch to back,depending on room you need! Best model ever!

This Keurig was to replace our old one that broke. I'm not really noticing a huge difference with the multi-stream, but it seems fun I suppose. I like that it doesn't have a clock or a screen on it; I've already got enough clocks in my kitchen. The reservoir has a handle and lifts out to fill, which makes it really easy.
