I like this new Keuring, but honestly don't notice much of a difference in the coffee taste from my older Keurig. Other reviewers mentioned the spatter. I put a paper towel around my machine when brewing a cup. There is a lot of spatter as it brews. I can live with this though.
i already own a Keurig which i love but wanted to try out the new Keurig Supreme and i'm so glad i did not only does the coffee have more flavor it is a quieter coffee maker.
Well, I am currently into my 2nd K-Supreme (under warranty) and guess what? It too does not work! This is a dud and Keurig needs to pull it off the market. You plug it in and it fries almost immediately the electric circuitry. If they honor yet another warranty I will NOT accept same as replacement will try to get a different one. I am tired of LEMONS and want my lemonade!
Bought this brewer and it worked for 2 weeks. Contacted them and they failed to ship the replacement for 1.5 weeks. Called them back and they will ship one overnight. They didn’t ship that one for a week. Now I have 3 brewers and none of them work!! Lucky me!
This is my first ever Keurig & I love it! It makes good coffee in a minute! I love that it has a built in water filter & a “strong” button! I love that you can chose 6, 8, 10, & 12 ounce sizes. I cannot wait to try the over ice button when the weather is warmer! I love that it has an add water light & a descale reminder light!
I bought the K-Supreme Single Serve a coffee Maker. After three months it just stopped working. I called support services and after trying various ways to make it work, the woman said that since it was under warranty that they would send me another one. What a simple solution. No hassle! I received the replacement within 10 days. We love ours!
