I hadn't drank much coffee lately as I like to make a half or full pot and the caffeine was too much for me. My sister was wanting a Keurig coffee maker and I ended up buying one for me too and bought her a more updated model. So far I'm not overly excited with K-CUP coffee, but when I ground and brewed some 100% kona extra fancy it was heaven.
This is a replacement unit for a defective one I bought in October. I hope I don’t have the same problem with it shutting off and never able to get it back on. I have been a Keurig owner for about 10 years I only replaced my older Keurig unit because this new one saves so much space on my counter top
I agree that the coffee is much more flavorful than the standard keurig. I’ve had some trouble with the pressure, though. I noticed that if I don’t shake my pods to loosen the grounds, the pressure builds up and the coffee won’t brew. I’ve wasted about 6 cups since my purchase because of this. If the cups are too packed the water builds up and the keurig isn’t powerful enough to handle the pressure. I do love the sleek design! I have more space now.

Low Temp, Crazy Universal Re-Usable Coffee Filter

I'm so disappointed, after having been so excited to purchase. 3 reasons: First, the hottest coffee temperature it produced was 170, the lowest was 147. This makes me heat my creamer first, or get a lukewarm result. Second, the water filter and it's handle tends to pop off the base of the water reservoir. The deal-breaker, though, was the new Universal K-cup Re-usable filter. It comes in many pieces, which are hard to assemble, reassemble and clean; and, when seating it in place, the bottom piece of it dislodges and hangs loosely. I am so sad to have to return this. I like the Reservoir Size and the temp, strength and programming options, but the low temps and the wacky, limiting coffee filter messed it up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My K-Supreme would not turn on and I called Keurig to initiate a warranty replacement. The representatives were very helpful and my replacement was delivered along with return instructions for the bad one. All at no cost to me! This coffee brewer is outstanding! I love the options and how quickly it brews. .
