My first K Supreme would stop brewing and blow steam out and then shut down. It would turn itself off and say it needed water when it was full. I cleaned the needles but nothing worked. I call Keurig and they replaced the unit immediately. We received the new one within a few days. Customer service is fantastic

It is a very compact unit with a unique design...actually nice-looking. The operation is very user friendly and is surprisingly quiet compared to my previous Keurigs. It also makes a cup much quicker than previous models. The downside is that the optional "My Cup" is awkward and difficult to use for those of us who fill their own pods. Otherwise, it is a great unit.

I am very pleased with the k-supreme coffee maker. The water holder is much easier to refill as it is more slender and has a handle. The machine is faster too.
