I purchased this new Keurig from QVC and We love it. it makes the coffee taste so much better with the 5 punch holes instead of just one. And it’s a design that doesn’t take up so much counter space. So far we like everything about it.

makes great coffee but it's confusing how to use the descaling feature...like to know how to turn off the descaling mode! annoying every time I make coffee it's still flashing descale
