Machine was received with the plastic case apart and the plastic feels very flimsy and cheap. The machine itself works beautifully and I love how fast and quiet it is. Glad I didn’t pay full price for it.

Was Greatly Disappointed With the New Keurig

Did not like that the coffee was not hot enough. Had splashes all over the counter while brewing. Going back to the Keurig Elite. Highly recommend. You can choose the temperature and auto shut off and just seemed to make a better cup of coffee.
